My journey begins in Hong Kong Kowloon. My luggage: 45 kg colours and 14 meter canvas. I am expected from the Intercontinental Hotel crew. When I enter my room I cannot believe what I see: An endless skyline in front of my window. My first thought: my canvas is too small for such a gigantic panorama, I need 2 pieces side by side. Luckilly the room is big enough for my 4 meter painting. Now I just need to wait for the sunset and that the city dives into the light. I start to paint the colourful shore of Hong Kong Island and Victoria Harbour. But in one moment the lights of the towers glow pink, in the other moment they flash blue and when I look the next time they flicker green, how should I choose my colours? The decision is: I use all of them.
